Harvey Santana understands the challenges of Brownfield Redevelopment in urban communities. Updated strategies must be created to improve the viability of these sites.

We know that economic incentives alone are not the answer. As a State Representative, Harvey Santana will lead the conversation that looks for solutions that promote the stable use of Brownfields. The challenge we face is finding the balance between the needs of businesses seeking to relocate into areas with access to the transportation infrastructure; while addressing the high cost of remediation. We must not continue to ignore these eyesores of our communities. We must work together by bringing all ideas to the table for discussion. Ideas are the starting point towards finding a solution and that is why Harvey Santana wants to help bring your ideas together
